About SDSA

The San Diego Security Association is a non-profit 501(c)3 trade association made up of member companies that adhere to a set of standards and ethics to promote professionalism in the alarm industry. This professional code of conduct benefits the many people who rely upon (or are considering) security systems for their personal safety, the safety of their homes and families, businesses and communities.

In cooperation with the state association, CAA, and the national association, ESA, The San Diego Security Association provides government advocacy, supports legislation to enhance public safety and offers professional development and training to help members better serve you. Member companies install, integrate, and monitor alarm, fire detection, video and access control systems for homes, businesses and government agencies.

Member companies specialize in a wide spectrum of services to commercial and residential consumers. The diversity of membership includes companies that specialize in single product segments as well as system integrators who provide comprehensive products and services to their customers.
